September 2011:

On 1 September 2011 NVG – Norwegian Valve Group AS – moved into the premises of Prosessventiler AS in Kolbotn outside Oslo. NVG was established in 2000 as a supplier of valve solutions to the oil and gas sector as well as to land-based industries.

At the beginning of August 2011, NVG was wholly acquired by Jotobico Holding AS, which earlier this year through private placement became the majority shareholder of Prosessventiler AS. Jotobico is also the owner of J.S. Cock AS.

NVG’s move to PV’s premises brings together skills and experience under the same roof. We intend to take advantage of our combined strengths to create a highly effective environment for the benefit of our customers and partners.

All the companies under the Jotobico umbrella will continue as separate entities and compete in the market as before, whilst also working together when it is sensible to do so.
